We are seeking a SEO Content Specialist (on-site technical) to play a pivotal role in creating, optimizing, and managing content that aligns with our brand, engages our target audience, and drives business growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant topics and search terms.
• Conduct initial analysis to assess the current performance of an article and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate and propose a list of test ideas to enhance the article\'s performance, considering content relevance, user engagement, SEO, and A-B testing.
• Provide suggestions for improving the article\'s Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Call to Action (CTA) elements to maximize user interaction and conversions.
• Propose strategies for on-site SEO optimization and ranking improvement, considering both technical and content-related aspects.
• Suggest ways to optimize the Google Click-Through Rate (CTR) by improving headlines and meta descriptions, based on research and analysis.
• Propose strategies to reduce bounce rates and increase the time users spend on the page, enhancing overall user signals.
• Provide ideas for enhancing the article\'s ability to generate sales and encourage users to click on CTA elements.
• Conduct on-page SEO gap analysis to identify opportunities to improve the article\'s search engine rankings relative to competitors.

Qualifications:

• To have a technical background to make data-driven decisions and work with data effectively
• To be able to use AI tools and automation in addition to traditional content writing and analysis skills
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Content Specialist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using content analysis and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
• A deep understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus

Compensation & Benefits at Biodenix:

• Full-time position compensation: Base salary of USD 800 + bonuses
