We are seeking a Senior Windows System Administrator who has expertise in Active Directory and Domain Controller and expert skills, qualifications, and commitment to help us achieve this goal. What You'll Do:

• Design, maintain and document complex QAD systems environments and system performance analysis.

• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for systems uptime and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of all Cloud Customer environments in a 24/7 on-call team.

• Maximize performance through ongoing and ad hoc system analysis.

• Provide direct and indirect customer interaction and response to tickets.

• Recommend best practice around cloud Infrastructure systems.

• Disseminate knowledge and experiences with the rest of the team.

• Administration of QAD Active directory and domain controllers

• Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners

• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.

• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.

• Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment

• Endpoint Antivirus management and updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

• Microsoft certification (MCSE / MCP)

• Minimum 5-8 years of Windows system Administration experience is required along with Active directory/ Domain controller experience.

• Good understanding and hands on experience in Windows 2008/2012/2016 operating system.

• Strong Powershell scripting skills required.

• Hands-on experience on VmWare Infrastructure

• Strong knowledge & experience in working on Windows 2016 / 2012 / 2008 server environment.

• Strong knowledge on Active Directory Infrastructure, Group policy management and powershell script to automate system administration tasks.

• Working knowledge on Windows Software Update Service (WSUS).

• Hands-on experience on VmWare Infrastructure.

• Windows server troubleshooting, Log analysis and root cause analysis for down situation.

• IIS Administration.

• Windows Certificate management.

• Must be able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
