Senior Website Sales Manager @ Gurgaon, IndiaOur client is one of the fastest growing Consumer Electronics Organizations in India. They own 2 International audio brands and one home grown brand. It's a young and professionally managed organization with all major e-commerce and retail channels as their key customers. They need to fill the following position asap.Position : Senior Website Sales ManagerLocation : GurgaonEducation : MBA - MarketingExperience : 6 - 12 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2-3 years of work experience in the related industry of Online Sales through Company's own website.Compensation : Commensurate with education and experienceRole Responsibilities and Desired Profile :1. After online which is company's key sales vertical, they do lot of revenue from their own Website sales, and they see a huge growth potential there. To grow this vertical they are looking for a dedicated resource who with his/her industry understanding and experience will grow this vertical aggressively.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that all Products with Inventory should be visible on Website- Should be able to analyse data of website to decide which product and which offers click- Person would be responsible for Sales from the website & he/ she should understand the ways to drive sales- Should have the experience in designing the offers on products to increase sales- Should be able to work with cross vertical teams of marketing and do stock allocations to increase business- Work with developers to resolve issues for proper display of content and to develop new website features- Able to keep website updated and Manage content on shopify- Tracking order fulfilment ( from order received to customer delivery )- Evaluate website visitors and website events on webpages for insights from Google Analytics and generate actionable business recommendations- Reporting to Management on various ecommerce KPIs ( sales, visitors, conversions, and Pageview trends )- Coordinate with the marketing team for web content to ensure product images, Descriptions and other web assets are produced in a timely fashion2.
