\xc2\xb7 Lead development project releases with complete ownership of delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze, design, develop and customize business applications.

\xc2\xb7 Estimate work, plan & monitor delivery schedule, tasks, milestones, & other dependencies at various stages from inception till delivery.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor progress and ensure regular publishing of status report and quality matrices to track the risks and work actively to resolve/mitigate the same.

\xc2\xb7 Partner with other .NET Solutions Leads and Technical Architects in driving modular, services-oriented integration and solution architecture.

\xc2\xb7 Produce low-level designs based on architecture and high-level design documents.

\xc2\xb7 Drive system to system integrations using API first approach with application integration teams

\xc2\xb7 Maintain technical and process documentation

\xc2\xb7 Foster a culture of innovation in the team and encourage creative solutions

\xc2\xb7 Guide and mentor delivery team members to create a high performing technology team.

\xc2\xb7 On-board new members to the development team and provide hiring support

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 7-9yr of experience in full-stack development for building cloud-based web applications.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in .NET

\xc2\xb7 Should be technology agnostic, with the willingness to provide solutions using the best possible technology, platform or programming language.

\xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of architecture, design, development, test and release of web applications, REST APIs and application integrations

\xc2\xb7 Front-end Web development - jQuery / JavaScript / Angular / Php / Bootstrap will be a plus

\xc2\xb7 Back-end Web development - REST API Development using NodeJS, Php will be a plus

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with developing customized solutions with the Salesforce platform

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with highly scalable cloud architectures and deployments over AWS

\xc2\xb7 Experience in working on AWS with good understanding of various managed services

\xc2\xb7 Experience in Digital Marketing domain and understanding of the various tools and strategies around Personalization, Content Management and Partner Relationship Management will be a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge about Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics for measuring web performance will be a plus.

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization

\xc2\xb7 In depth knowledge and experience integrating applications across diverse technical platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Experience providing guidance, training, and mentoring to developers on solutions.
