As a Senior Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our products and services. You will lead design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional design work, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience: 5 to 10 years
Location: PuneResponsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Lead the design process for key projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality visual designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, establish design goals, and develop design strategies.
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into our projects to keep our designs fresh and innovative.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create comprehensive design systems, style guides, and visual assets to maintain consistency across all digital platforms.
\xe2\x97\x8f Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the project.
\xe2\x97\x8f Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting design concepts and rationale with clarity and confidence.Requirements:\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
\xe2\x97\x8f 5+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work.
\xe2\x97\x8f Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, After )
\xe2\x97\x8f In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant designs.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven ability to do hands-on design work, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working on mobile and web applications is highly desirable.
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for designing inclusive digital experiences.
