Excited yet Continue reading to find out more about the role:What you\'ll be doing: As a Visual Designer, you\'ll delight users with design that inspires, engages, and excites themYou\'ll rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals - from concept to execution - across many platformsWork collaboratively with different teams to identify & narrow problems, and arrive at possible design solutions or solution-testing frameworks.You can work on multiple projects, and work with the team to prioritize as needed while receiving strategic and tactical direction.You will work closely with your fellow designers to constantly refine the LazyPay design language and create innovative, great-looking products that people love to useYou will be expected to evangelize the design team internally as well as in the community to share work awareness, hire, collaborate, and such.You will be responsible for the comprehensive visual identity of LazyPay. What are we looking for 2+ years of experience in consumer-facing designYou can work independently with little oversight or direction.You have a portfolio of work demonstrating command of Visual Designin web or mobile contexts, details of your thought process, and how you collect stakeholder inputs and translate those to tangible design solutions. Experience with Motion design is a are a creative individual who can transform a project from ordinary to exceptional, with a strong ability to craft stunning visuals through a meticulous approach to color, typography, and composition.You excel in ambiguity, produce thoughtful and elegant designs, collaborate well, defend convictions, and value attention to detail.You possess an innate sense of aesthetics and are adept at creating designs that resonate with our users.
