- 2 TO 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Experience in job portals such as as Linkedin, Dice, Monster, Indeed etc.,
- Thorough knowledge in US Tax terms and work visas
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Shift timing : 6.30pm to 4am IST
- Office location: Perungudi , Chennai / Trichy
