Starting Date: ASAP Mission Context: As a Transition Manager, you will manage end-to-end execution of process transitions across geographies, ensuring readiness in terms of people, infrastructure, technology, and operational stabilization. Role and Accountability:
- Lead the transition of Manufacturing & Supply chain processes, focusing on Quality sub-processes.
- Must have minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in leading Quality sub-process transitions.
- Must have minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in leading end-to-end transition activities across geographies.
- Oversee project management for multiple projects, from planning to execution.
- Utilize analytics experience and strong business skills for problem resolution.
- Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
- Previous experience in the service industry with exposure to managing large customer groups is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing Manufacturing & Supply chain transition projects.
- Maintain a high sense of urgency and proactive attitude at work.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High level of Interpersonal/communication skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders, and partners across the organization.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing work.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to ensure transition delivery on time.
- Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity.
- High capacity and willingness to learn about multiple disciplines.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading Quality sub-process transitions.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in leading end-to-end transition activities.
- Fluency in English.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
