Job Description

We are looking for a Transition Manager or Senior Analyst to join our Blockchain Applications team within DHL IT Services. The applications built on top of DHL's BLESS Blockchain platform are being transitioned from the CDO3 (Corporate Development - COE) to the ITS team for development and support. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the Transition stream and ensure all aspects of the knowledge transition are covered and plan is tracked diligently with multiple stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Create, maintain and own the plan for knowledge transition from Blockchain COE
• Collaborate with CDO3, ITS, Vendor stakeholders and setup regular cadence for transition of applications into development and support streams
• Track all the tasks as per timelines and follow-up with all internal/external stakeholders
• Provide weekly / monthly reporting to ITS and COE stakeholders and also on-demand reporting whenever necessary
• Primary Activities
• Maintain and track the transition plan along with RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies)
• Follow-up with stakeholders on the planned tasks for completion
• Create a communication plan & protocol with internal and external stakeholders
• Onboard & facilitate the development and support team members on transition activities and track progress
• Write the installation and deployment documentation wherever necessary with the help of team
• Analyze COE/3rd party documentation and identify gaps in documentation and application state
• Deliver gap analysis of documentation and application state (Requirements, Architecture, Design, QA, Deployments, Security standards)
• Create a Knowledge Management plan for steady-state
• Ensure all documentation is indexed and stored at agreed location with appropriate access rights given to users (developers, architects, managers, QA and support people)
• Organize & perform knowledge sharing sessions (KT, shadowing, reverse-shadowing)
• Review 3rd party contracts for ITS migration of activities and provide feedback/inputs
• Provide reports and concurrence for transition gate reviews/sign-offs
• Additional Activities
• Arrange trainings on ITSM processes for new joiners in support (Level 1, 2 service management)
• Escalation management based on defined escalation matrix / RACI matrix
• Agreement on the development processes and end-to-end requirements traceability
• Agreement on support SLAs and processes
• Creation of business continuity plans

• Understanding of ITS business applications landscape and stakeholders matrix
• Good knowledge of the ITS Service Level Management / GSN, Incident & Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Capacity and Asset Management, Infrastructure Management
• Adequate knowledge on the SLAs and related workflows / processes (resolution, root cause analysis)
• Understanding of ITS Audit requirements
• Knowledge on security concepts, frameworks, policies
• Knowledge on DPDHL Risks and Compliance
