We are looking for a Senior Technology Operations Analyst to join our L1 Prod Support in Bangalore. This is an amazing opportunity to work on 24/7 production support, The team consists of 12 members and is reporting to the Manager Technology Operations. We have a great skill set in production support role where we are the responsibility for the monitoring, incidents, and data loading. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in in Linux, AWS , SQL , Monitoring tools & DevOps tools . About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments At least 3-4 years of experience in 24/7 support role as a System or Application support engineer. Ability to learn new things as per the requirement and solving the problems, Empathy with users, acceptancy of ownership of the issues, Investigation and diagnose skills, Basic knowledge on SQL and content data management process, Knowledge on AWS, Linux. Strong knowledge on Linux, Basic knowledge on AWS, DevOps, basic Pogroming language on SQL, must be familiar on any scripting language (Python, Shell etc.) Strong knowledge on PagerDuty , Datadog or any monitoring tool. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, or related degree or at least 3 years of equivalent relevant experience It would be great if you also had . . . We may encounter various issues so you should have capable of managing multitasking since we do support in different categories like Monitoring, customer support and data loading. Good communication skills required, L1 Prod Support is the first level contact for all application issues or incidents, so its facilities essential function to team coordinate with different teams. Critical thinking and analyze skills, Familiarity with Application structure. What will you be doing in this role L1 Prod Support is the responsibility for monitoring all the major applications and provide first level technical support for the customer reported issues. If any application or service experienced an issue then L1 Prod Support team involves investigating and identify the potential solution to the problem, if incase unable to solve the problem, L1 prod Support has the responsibility to work with Next level like L2 Support or DevOps teams. Also, Team has the responsibility to perform the data loading to the system for the customers availability on daily / weekly and monthly basis. About the Team L1 ProdSupport team has 24/7/365 Coverage, 12 members team , provides first-level technical support for customer issues, and monitoring support for over 190 plus Applications ( Internal and External facing) in the Clarivate. Provide Application Monitoring, Incident Identification, Validation, Remediation and Escalation for over 190 Plus Applications.
