Job Responsibilities - Lead Product Owner - FW Fosters an overall holistic vision of the firmware scope (and functional/non-functional sub-domains) and conveys it to the engineering teams along with a set of assigned features/capabilities. Leads and ensures alignment and consistency of the work of the several POs in the teams. Contributes to defining capability/feature backlog and identifying upfront dependencies. Ensures the POs provide their teams with the necessary information to start design & implementation activities. Provides an overview of capability/features (scope) to POs and Scrum Masters (SM) to support Release Planning estimations and delivery. Works in collaboration with Product Manager, System Architect (ATs) and, SMs, Product Owners (FW Dev and validation), Firmware Architects/Managers for Solution delivery. Accountable for the decomposition of requirements to features. Accountable for Functional Refinement Plans, ensuring releases are scheduled. Drives resolution, taking accountability, and being proactive in driving closure to issue. Effectively manages meetings by identifying each meeting\'s agendas, minutes, decisions, and actions. Collaborates with SMs and release managers on Release Plans/Release Planning and is responsible for Sprint/PI \'scope\' planning. Identifies dependencies & constraints internal to teams (with ATs, PO and SMs) Call out dependencies & constraints (with ATs, PO and SMs) to Project Management when known. Collaborates with necessary stakeholders for the risk mitigation and resolve dependencies & constraints. Collaborates on an Integrated Plan with all Delivery roles. Accountable for the demo events on the release level. Identifies and contributes to process improvements within Requirements Engineering, platforms, products, and the Program. Should have strong leadership and communication skills. Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree with 10+ years of overall experience and at least four years of experience working as a Product Owner in an agile environment. Experience directing and motivating the Development team. Experience relaying expectations of product features to the development team. Experience conducting surveys to determine the most appropriate feature to add to a new or existing product. Experience working with user groups and scrum teams to obtain and analyse user stories At least two years of direct, indirect, and cross-functional or cross-regional team leadership. Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
