Position Purpose

The Application support Analyst position is to reinforce the IT Payment Services System Team Tribe for BNPP Group. The System Team is an AGILE tribe that helps with the continuous integration and deployment of applications and mutualizes specific DevOps activities to allow DEV teams (Squads) to focus on development and business value. Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Provide a first level of support to ITPS customers (registration, routing, communication, escalation, crisis)
  • Check application monitoring dashboards (Kibana, Dynatrace, Splunk), Alert if anomaly
  • Analyze alerts and identify potential impacts on assets and services under his supervision
  • Write and send on time the "morning check" emails for ITPS customers
  • Create and track Incident / Problem and Change tickets in “Service Now” (ITSM tool)
  • Write and send the associated recurring communications
  • Facilitate post incident action plan
  • Contribute to the production of KPIs
  • Coordinate technical operations between DEV and OPS
  • Organize the Change Advisory Board with DEV and OPS team
  • Collect data regarding past incidents to consolidate Group reporting’s
  • Work in an agile environment by participating in tribe’s agile rituals in the "agile at scale" organization

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Skills required – At least few from below on Java 5-9 years of IT ADM support experience Daily practice of MS Office Pack Formal communication (oral & written) Advanced IT Knowledge (Hardware, software, OS, CLOUD) Understanding of Agile Workflow
