ROLE DESCRIPTION:-The role is within the global MSBA Office and will report in to the MSBA Office to the Offering Lead. The Automation SME role primary focus is to provide senior thought leadership towards design, build test and release automations in the Portfolio of MSBA. Role will carry out developing and implementing AI and robotics solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency using Microsoft areas to larger extent followed by other partner tools and techs. You will work closely with engineers, business, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, design, and develop automation solutions, and integrate them into existing systems. You will also be responsible for training and supporting end users on the use of automation solutions.Automation can spread across Processes, implementation, migration, testing and other areas of MSBA. The Automation SME works with key members of the Product & delivery team to understand requirements and technical solutions, understand the business domain, and the system functionality. Will also work independently and as part of a team to ensure the quality of software products.Role will carry out automations in Solution and Products based around Microsoft Business Application product lines (D365 F&SCM, D365 CRM, D365 BC, Power Platform) using various tools technologies (AccelQ and likes), automation frameworks.Candidate should also be familiar with other product and Microsoft Cloud technologies to identify optimal content and leverage all available technologies.The role holder should have strong functional and technical experience & potentially associated certifications for primary discipline and will be prepared to certify as appropriate in adjacent tools & techs. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years experience as an Automation SME using AI and/or robotics , Process automation areasProven Experience with developing and implementing automation solutionsStrong understanding of automation domains, AI and robotics principlesExcellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly scripts and documentsExperience with various Automation tools and methodologiesTechnical and Functional knowledge of MSBA (desirable)Understanding of broader Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Azure Active Directory, Teams and SharePoint to the level of being able to design & implement tests that cover these components.Willingness to learn in and outside the areas of work.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify and prioritize automation opportunities.Design and develop AI and robotics automation solutions based on Microsoft tools & Tech coupled with most common technologies in use.Work with Offering teams to provide improvement benchmarks in process and areas Integrate automation solutions into existing systemsTrain and support end users on the use of automation solutionsStay up-to-date on the latest AI and robotics technologiesConduct research and development on new AI and robotics applicationsPresent findings to management & Offerings to improvise the productWrite technical reports and documentation
