about the role Key SPOC : . Incident management /MIM . Support SME in Problem management & Critical Incident support. . Change & Operational Project Management . Patch & Release Management . Capacity Management . Build Knowledge management (KEDB) . Documentation (Site book/SOPs etc.) and Reporting on projects & operations. . Co-ordination with third parties, Vendors/OEM and suppliers for fault resolution. . Effective handling of Technical Escalations . Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLA & service uptimes. . Provide support to SME RFO/ RCA (Root cause analysis) and Preventive maintenance . Participate in assess Risk, Impact analysis. Support in network audites and related activities. . Take initiatives in learning new skills, certifications & evaluating new Networking Technology & Tools . Contributing and supporting in building CMDB & MIS customer report preparation. about you Technical & Functional Skills Hands-on experience of implementing & troubleshooting various OEM bases solutions in Routing, Switching & Wireless ( site survey report analysis/troubleshooting). Good understanding and Hands on experience in Routing technologies like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP etc. Good Understanding and Hands in Switching technologies like STP, RSTP, VLAN\'s, VSS, VPC, link-aggregation, NEXUS setup etc. Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets Experience in designing POA for complex Change/Project. Understanding of Wireshark Packet Capture tool for debug analysis. Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCA\'s, documentation, Knowledge Bank. Experience in handling of Project Implementation tasks. Good understanding on NMS & troubleshooting tools (Ex. CISCO PRIME, DNAC/SOLARWINDS/HP etc.) Good understanding of ITIL & best practices. Knowledge about scripting/automation tools would be added advantage.(Python/Ansible) additional information 1. LAN/WLAN management for Overseas locations through remote support. CISCO/ARUBA. & Solarwinds, Prime, ISE knowledge and hands on experience 2. ready to work in 24.7 support model 3. ITIL V3 knowledge require 4. Should have 6 plus years of hands on experience in LAN/WLAN switches/WLC/Access point management 5. Should be fluent in communication though email/verbal department International Zone
