JOB SUMMARY:

A Technical Architect defines and owns the technical architecture of systems to deliver business objectives while ensuring quality standards. They are responsible for high-level requirement gathering, consulting, design, development, and review of the technical architecture as per business requirements. They enable the creation of designs and frameworks for models and validate their adherence with the overall architecture. They also help create performance benchmarks of the system establish best practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Architect with experience 12 - 16 years Desired candidate profile Experience in defining & realizing end-to-end architecture for building enterprise data platforms Experience in Data Architectur Design activity with Erwin or similar tool Strong in logical & physical data modeling Strong in Oracle, PL SQL, PostgreSQL, running on premise and in the AWS Cloud (RDS) Preferred experience in Data migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL Working knowledge of linking Oracle tables to PostgreSQL database Must have knowledge on AWS components Good knowledge on EMR, S3, Workflow, RDS & good Knowledge on Big Data tools Good knowledge on NoSQL DB

# DynamoDB Streaming tools like Kinesis , Kafka Experience in Data Warehouse tools

# Redshift Snowflake Working knowledge on Master Data Management (Oracle, SAP, Informatica, etc.) Data Governance & Data security knowledge. Soft skills: Good communication and presentation skills High integrity Problem solving skills & learning attitude Team player Process oriented Key responsibilities Key responsibilities Define and own end-to-end Architecture from definition phase to go-live phase Ensure clarity on NFR and addr ess these requirements during Architecture definition phase Define Logical, Technical & Physical views of Data Architecture Review SQL queries to ensure acceptable performance Lead performance engineering and capacity planning exercises for dat a tier Help PM in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same Help PM in effort estimation and planning Mentor & guide Tech Leads & Software Engineers.
