The Position: We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst having 7 to 9 years of experience working in Majesco Billing and Integrations with Payment Portals or any relevant Billing application experience that would fit both Technical Analyst and Business Analyst role. The candidate will support in defining the requirements that address business needs as well as support verification and validation of the application by designing test scenarios as per business requirements and executing test cases. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with business stakeholders and ability to understand business processes to derive requirements/user stories. Work with Technical Resources to ensure full understanding of requirements is obtained. Produce requirement and functional design documents using an agile gap-analysis. Design create/review test cases, test scenarios. Execute test cases, capture test evidence and provide QA walkthrough for user stories sign-off. Running regression automated test scripts. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Should work independently as a role player. What are we looking for Required skills. Minimum of 7 Years of experience working in Majesco Billing or Guidewire Billing Center. Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent Experience in working P&C Insurance domain is a must and mandatory. Good at understanding and reviewing product requirements. Strong Exposure on Billing features and integrations with any Payment Portal, for example OneInc. Effective understanding of Business Analysis Process. Well versed in Defect Life Cycle. Experience in delivering via Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong software development methodology understanding, and have assisted in the design, development or testing of a technology integration project. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong analytical and technical skills. Should have good oral and written communication skills. Expertise in Jira tool.
