SAP SD Consultant
Location: Pune

Responsibilities

Monitor Incidents/ service request on a daily basis and ensure that resolution is within the agreed SLAs

\xe2\x97\x8f Configure the system for any new business requirements or change in the existing processes

\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare functional specifications for the ABAP team for any change in the existing development or for customizing new developments

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in smooth closing of month end and year end activities

\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate and work closely with cross functional team members

\xe2\x97\x8f Foster and maintain good relationship with users across the globe to ensure customer satisfaction

\xe2\x97\x8f Align the day to day activities by adhering to the policies laid down in the organization

\xe2\x97\x8f Work with internal team to identify business issues, problems and/or enhancements and provide highly innovative and creative solutions to achieve quality and process improvements with available hardware, software, databases and peripherals

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/Masters
• SD Implementation , Roll Out , Global Support
• Integration between FI & SD , with Third party tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to SAP SD Fiori apps , S4 HANA Implementation
