We are currently seeking a motivated, technology savvy recruiting professional to work closely with

our Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans for India. This role will

suit individuals with a passion for customer excellence and collaboration to meet our hiring needs. It\'s

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will work alongside a global team of TA

Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• As a trusted partner of hiring managers, you will determine staffing needs and will develop

and execute recruiting plans.

• Responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition.

• Build a strong network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups,

social media, and employees.

• You will develop and track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the

processes are transparent and measurable and set continuous improvement goals.

• You maintain relations with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are

achieved

• You stay current on the company\'s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and

state laws regarding employment practices

• Manage development and delivery of Talent Acquisition initiatives.

• Regularly monitor and review the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition processes.

• Responsible for being an active member of the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and

best practice to support the assigned region.

• Apply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talents through

appropriate channels including our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc

• Promote inclusion at Siemens Energy by ensuring diverse candidate pools for all positions

• Have a keen understanding of business needs and anticipated growth.
