Your Role and Responsibilities

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development of recruiting plans, sourcing strategies developing new innovative recruitment approaches. To support our new presence in Bangalore this individual will establish the talent acquisition team as advisors to the business that delivers the best available talent within a process that impresses candidates and hiring managers. This position will also contribute to critical projects for the stand up of our newest hub.




Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process with a goal of flawless execution at each stage
  • Build candidates\xe2\x80\x99 confidence in Merative by communicating our value proposition convincingly so they understand our rich heritage, core values/culture, and the impact we have on our customers.
  • Ensure messaging (role responsibilities, requirements, Merative value prop) is aligned across all hiring managers and interviewers within the process.
  • Advise stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, interviewers) of best practices at each step/stage of the recruiting/hiring process including business leadership, HR partners hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Ensure all recruitment data is entered in Workday in real-time to ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Create accurate data/metrics reports based on recruitment activities and use this data to solve challenges and communicate successes within the recruitment process.
  • Earn and build credibility with business leaders by learning their business and consistent TA service
  • Contribute to HR projects that are critical to standing up our India operations.
  • Establish and maintain a close partnership and cadence with HR counterparts.
  • Attract and identify candidates through online channels: job boards, internal databases, forums, local social platforms, and professional networks across multiple regions/time zones.
  • Understand hiring plans and regularly prioritize/re-prioritize workload to ensure maximum time efficiency and critical hiring needs are met.
  • Participate in and/or lead diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to Merative by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles.
  • Develop deep domain expertise and an understanding of Merative\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy.
  • Drive innovation within the recruitment process and strategy.
  • Based on our growth, there could be opportunities to lead a small team


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience managing full life-cycle recruitment
  • Passion for creating an experience for candidates and hiring managers that they will want to talk positively about with their peers.
  • Success recruiting for companies with little to no brand presence.
  • Prior experience recruiting for software/infrastructure engineers and product management is required; operations recruitment preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize workload on a consistent basis; adapt with the business.
  • Desire to continuously learn new approaches to solve business challenges.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and learnings.
  • Flexibility to accommodate for team members in Europe and the US.
  • Ability to work independently and work remotely.
  • Deep experience working within a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) is required; Workday preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word is required; ability to create presentations in PowerPoint preferred.
