Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager ( Enterprise Sales ) is responsible for leading the recruitment and selection process for sales positions within the organization. This position will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for Enterprise Sales positions. Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment sources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for the open positions.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for Enterprise Sales positions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment sources.

- Develop and implement recruitment processes and procedures.

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

- Develop and manage recruitment budget.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a Enterprise sales environment.

- Proven track record of successful recruitment and selection.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
