Job Title Senior Systems Engineer In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide thought leadership, influence and hands-on engagement in order to design, develop, integrate, and support the innovated products for our Imaging Clinical Informatics Platform(ICAP). You are responsible for Understanding and influencing the product creation process to align with the overall organization\'s strategy Leads system features feasibility, prototyping, and tradeoff studies as well as performance analysis and improvement effort Plans, oversees, and executes the Systems Engineering activities in the project/subsystem, including coordination, synchronization of the technical work Analyzes system-level needs and translate them into product and engineering requirements, and support non-R&D functions to define product requirements Drive strategic goals and roadmap, play a significant role together with marketing in identifying industry trends in areas pertaining to system engineering Field support and management: preparations, installations, troubleshooting, support, feedback analysis, reliability analysis, and follow up Executing on continuous improvement in processes and ways of working to achieve operational excellence Making informed business and technical decisions quickly as the result of well-directed data gathering, effective analysis, and good judgment Balancing the tension between daily tasks and the long-term strategic vision of the organization Cloud knowledge is an advantage To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Master/Bachelor\'s degree in any engineering discipline 10+ years of software engineering experience with a proven contribution to a large-scale product and multi-functional involvement Experience in at least one of the followings: SW Design/ IT & Networking/Compose system requirements and test design Worked in a global matrix organization/ multi-site matrixed environment Worked in Medical Devices industry- highly preferred or any other multidisciplinary regulated industry Able to influence activities outside R&D scope, e.g., finance, marketing, operation, service Good exposure in managing large scale engineering/field projects combined with software development Experience in Agile WoW is a big plus Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Excellent and inspiring leadership, communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and wide perspective Customer-focused, strong domain knowledge, team player, and excellent communication skills Ability to travel (about 4 times a year) In return, we offer you Our benefits are very competitive and designed to your preferences!
