What you\'ll get to do...

Administer and support the GoDaddy CRM system based on the Salesforce Platform, including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.

• Opportunity to collaborate with an outstanding background of engineering, product, and operations team members to deliver the best solution for our customers
• Solve technical problems that few have solved before \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 no one else helps local businesses the way we do
• Take on the challenge of making what you build higher quality, faster, and more scalable
• Work with multiple teams to set up and support their onboarding onto the SF Platform
• Transfer concepts for the professional direction of own organisational unit into concrete measures
• Provide working leadership and training to less experienced personnel
• Look out for the new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements

Your experience should include...

• 4+ years of experience as Salesforce Admin and Release Engineer. Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment
• Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator / Platform app Certifications are preferred along with the ability to keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features
• Proficiency in configuration and customisation in Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visual Force technologies. Must have a good understanding of Overall SFDC Architecture & Landscape
• Good knowledge of Salesforce administrative tasks, mass updates, process flows, reporting, user management, role management, release updates, lightning flows, etc.
• Experience in handling and communicating with customers in a global environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative

You might also have...

• Work experience in MS Office suite applications like Teams, PowerApps, etc.
• Telecommunication working experiences will be an add-on
• Salesforce Apex experience, any related QA experience
• Willingness to learn new things/concepts and innovation
• Forward thinker, ability to see problems before they arise
• Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment, and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and contribute to process improvements
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills
