Education: Graduate
Experience: 2-3 years as team leader and customer /client support.
- Must have Interpersonal skills.
- Manage the operation and admin.
- Train, coach, lead and motivate the team.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals team members such as
Architects, Building service engineers, Construction managers and clients.
- Clients Escalation handling.
- Follow up the project finalized/Approved by the clients.
- Playing a part in project and team management and coordination.
- When and where required consult with clients to determine their requirements.
- Quality chat and emailing with the client and project team.
- Aligns team goals with those of the company vision has to maintain an attitude
