You will be joining our solutions Architecture team, a critical supporting function that allows teams to deliver rapidly whilst still aligning to a strategic roadmap. As a team of trusted internal consultants, provide the expertise, guidance and technology governance to delivery teams to plot a pragmatic path between deliverables and our longer-term enterprise objectives. standards and methodologies to help ensure high quality outcomes and oversee implementation to ensure business objectives are met. We Are Looking For: A proven track record in working across both business and technology stakeholder groups in a consultancy role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as required to effectively bring solutions to life. High awareness of common solution and integration approaches, and the design of distributed, loosely coupled, highly available, cloud-native systems. Experience in complex enterprise IT environments, with banking, financial services or similarly regulated environments a significant benefit. A problem solving and analytical mindset. A strong bias towards innovation, respectfully challenging the status quo and envisaging the future. A team player, who understands the pragmatic trade-offs required to actually deliver stuff, and can tailor a solution to match the capabilities of the teams involved.
