What you will do Sales Incentive/Employee Evaluation Prepare and analysis monthly sales dashboard at sales rep level Finalization of incentive as per agreed policy Coordination with sales team for managing the query on real time Pricing Support the pricing process for the India Region to ensure proper controls are in place and followed, Review the Current Pricing Data by developing reports which provide analysis on price data and margin, Monitor and Report Price Adjustments to track price and margins variances, Report Indirect Channel Off-Contract Sales Orders in Stryker\'s Indirect Channel Portal. Margin improvement initiatives Analysis and Reporting Generate, Analyze and Distribute Sales Performance Report, Identify new opportunities for reporting that provides deeper insight on business performance and trends to improve decision making and create value in the region, Budgeting and long range financial planning Rolling forecast on quarterly basic System Orientated Maintain a control log for adjustments to ensure integrity of data, Review, maintain and understand the master data set up in the systems and impact on reported data. Ad Hoc / Other Projects Support on ad-hoc requests or key projects within the wider FP&A team.
