Job Description

Job Objective: To understand the needs of the organization and conduct end to end recruitment. The incumbent will be responsible for screening candidates for knowledge, skills, experience and overseeing the full-recruitment life-cycle to effectively meet organization\'s needs.
Domain: Product Management & Design

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria

• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position\'s requirements
• Source potential candidates through head hunting, job portals and networking sites

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in- person interviews

• Coordinate with candidates to negotiate and finalize the final offer and also facilitate on boarding
• Handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Draw insights from analytics to make the hiring process more efficient and improve candidate experience
• Share and exchange information with all levels of management i.e. weekly, monthly dashboards

Required Skills :

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Ability to cope with critical deadlines and pressure
• Self-motivated and open to learning and innovation
• Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Ability to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
