These positions will focus on supporting the Engineering Systems business organization.

The Boeing Company is looking for Senior Solution Architects - (3DX) PLM for building large PLM Solutions with extensive techno-functional skills and implementation experience on the 3DX product/platform to join their team in Bangalore, India. You would be a member of a team of techno-functional leaders who are responsible for creating the technology strategy of current and future systems.

A technical leader and an effective communicator who will help us design, develop and deploy architectural solutions for PLM.

You would be defining, publishing and presenting solutions to technology leaders and business executives of the enterprise spread across geographies.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct interview to gather requirements on the integration of IT landscape and in particular on interfaces / upgrade / migration / data correction with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Produce technical solutions, feasibility studies, sizing and recommendations for PLM based on Engineering and Business requirements using 3DExperience platform (Including Enovia, Enovia V5 LCA, DELMIA and CATIA)
• Act as the Solution Design Authority and prepare technical impact and risk assessments, trade Study documents, functional and technical architecture views.
• Support Architecture Reviews and Solution Design /Technical Specification Reviews.
• Define or review the workload, the tasks, the target schedule, the necessary hardware and software resources
• Define the required Project Development Environment and lead the definition of the Development Quality Plan.
• Follow implementation of the required Development Environment and lead continuous improvement efforts on CI/CD and DevOps.
• Support Solution Architect to collaborate with vendor R&D to specify the Product change needs.
• Assess the technical risk on Developments / Customizations.
• Work together with OPS Architect, Solution Architect and Project Manager to secure projects deadlines.
• For new requests and scope changes provide the impact analysis, sizing and planning modification.
• Integrate the various software components, parameterizations and after tests, deliver the integration package with the expected quality criteria
• Provides solutions for integrating 3DX with other PLM systems and Legacy applications
• Provides Architecture for CAD & Non-CAD Data Migrations.
• Define Global Solution Architecture roadmap based on the future 3DX.
• Conducts platform validation, gap analysis for capabilities and produces Solution Architecture for configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing and other Solution Architects, Product Manager, and developers to deliver the solutions of highest quality for complex SOW's.
• Participate in all phases of the application development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, implementation and support
• Lead Architectural and Technical discussions with large groups of people in solution design workshops
• Define the Coding and Deployment standards for PLM implementations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Deep Technical and functional knowledge of PLM domain with 3D Development Experience which includes

• Excellent Technical Development and Implementation Experience in 3DExperience (16x and above

• With Knowledge on ENOVIA V5/ DELMIA/ CATIA.
• Experience in Design and development of Integrations with ERP/ APRISO/ MES and other legacy applications using SOA, web services, API's.
• Develop Data Migration Scripts in TCL, JPO, and MQL. Develop functional and/or technical approach for data extraction, transformation and loading with strong understanding of engineering PLM scenarios
• Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• Strong functional and implementation knowledge on 3D Experience Modules and Dassault Tool chain covering

• Engineering Processes
• Manufacturing Process
• BOM Management
• Enterprise Change Management
• Program Management
• Product Configuration
• Supplier Source management etc.
• 3DX Native App Customization (Applicable for 3DX Architect (Native client side) role)

• Experience with 3DX DevAppSuite (CAA)/ xPDM adapter/ DELMIA Process planning & Factory Flow Simulation/ SIMULIA Process Composer/ ISIGHT & SIMULIA execution engine would be an added advantage.
• Good exposure with EXALEAD CloudView in defining Analytical applications
• Knowledge of CATIA V5 and Enovia V5 Upgrade to 3DExperience.
• Domain knowledge preferably Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive, Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated solution and development experience on Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) integrations with PLM.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Willingness to scale and adapt to other additional PLM Products.
• Proficiency in ARIS or CAMEO (or equivalent tools)
• Knowledge in Model Based Enterprise which includes Model Based Engineering, Model Based Systems Engineering, Model Based Manufacturing Process Planning is desired
• Preferable to have TOGAF certified.
• Applying Scaled Agile framework for program / project lifecycle methodology
• Experience in implementing DevOps practices, developing CI/CD roadmap and implementing in projects.

Education / Experience

• 12 - 16 years of experience with Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
