You will be part of the HR Technology organization working across our Product delivery teams. In the team we strive to be agile and move fast when needed. We want to go beyond issue diagnostics and be a proactive advisor on solutions and drive optimization of our processes and systems. Our main stakeholder is the HR organization, and we are here to support them. They come to us with global and local requirements, and we act as trusted advisors and listen and translate complex challenges to viable technical Workday solutions. What we are looking for We are looking for a highly skilled HR Tech and Workday Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will provide leadership and expertise to multiple teams in broad technical areas on complex organization-wide projects. You will work closely with project teams on their solution designs to ensure effective translation of the work. Additionally, you will architect and design solutions to complex business requirements in accordance with enterprise application and technology roadmaps, principles, standards, and guidelines. As a design authority, you will be responsible for identifying, discussing, and deciding on exceptions to principles and standards during solution design and development. You will act as the escalation layer for architectural issues in related projects. Possibility to hybrid model work, work remotely and meet up with the team members in the office at times Who are you Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on HR Tech and Workday. Strong knowledge in HR tech and Workday , including configuration, customization, and integration. Strong experience with technology roadmaps, principles, standards, and guidelines. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
