This job role is responsible for deployment, upgrade, coordination, support, management, and execution of activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. What you will do The incubment will work directly with Market Area, SDU teams and with end customer on need basis This role demands positive mind-set, hands on delivery experience, understanding end - to - end customer requirements, risk taking appetite. Support presales activities, including pre-studies for PN Solutions Plan the implementation of the Product Configuration / Integration work HLD, LLD, Configuration scripts, TOL and Acceptance test document preparation. Implement Product Configuration, Integration work. Prepare acceptance test and handover to customer Identify and drive improvements Core Competences: Experience in Private Networks/Telecom Core Technologies Experience in Cloud/VNF based EPC, UDM, VoLTE, MSS & IP (Multi demonstrated ability is preferred) Ericsson Packet Core (CEE, EPC & UDM) Portfolio Knowledge & Design skills Programing Language skills (PERL, Python and automation tools like Ansible) Crafting & Innovating, Bold & Commercial Thinking, Learning & Researching Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations You will bring Knowledge of 4G& 5G call flows. Must have good \'hands-on\' working knowledge and understanding of Ericsson VNFs (MME, EPC, SAPC, CUDB & EDA) Experience with Implementation, Integration, Acceptance Tests, Upgrades, O&M & Fixing on telecommunication products. Knowledge of LDAP, DAP, SOAP, Wireshark, Linux, Telco Cloud. Basic knowledge of IP domain. Hands on K8 & Docker/container Platforms Sound understanding & hands on of Cloud infrastructure of (Dell, Nokia, HP, VMWARE, oracle) for Telecom VNFs) Cloud platform upgrade or migration experience is required Basic scripting language expertise (Shell script, PERL, & Python) Ability to fix and diagnose basic software problems pertaining to Packet Core VNFS Solid understanding of PLEX, ASA, UNIX shell scripting (bash, perl). Database knowledge: SQL, relational databases Solid grasp of Windows, and UNIX/LINUX Operating Systems End-to-End work experience of solution design, verification & deployment. Key Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering 10+ years\' experience, within the Telcom Industry driving programs or projects of high complexity. Record of accomplishments in leading Digital Services type of Pre-Sales, Delivery, Release Management.
