As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be expected to work alongside Sales, Implementation and Business Analysts to understand prospect and customer business and functional objectives, along with the \'As-is\' and \'To-be\' state of the organisation in order to provide a functional product solution and demonstrate it back where required. You will enable the customer first approach of the company ensuring the understanding and delivery of the value and technical solution customers expect. Senior Solution Architects are responsible for leading workshop and discovery engagements with customers, understanding the business process and value drivers and translating into solutions to meet the requirements of the customers. Participate in internal and customer/prospect facing product presentations and demonstrations. Facilitate and document prospect and customer discovery sessions to uncover business processes and functional requirements. Provide answers to technical questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities. Gain deep knowledge of the company product and the platform capabilities. Support and build custom demonstrations aligned with customers\'/prospect key business initiatives. Ensure the successful delivery of Proof of Value tied to the customers\' success criteria and business initiatives. Translate technical and business requirements into a customer focused value-centric solution. Work within teams with the ability to adopt a leadership role where necessary Maintain a high degree of knowledge of all products and services including roadmaps and regular liaison with Product Management and Engineering. Use the knowledge and/or the understanding of the major customers\' requirement to provide and/or propose commercially and viable product/solution improvement feedbacks of large and complex customer requirements - involving senior management where needed Work with Enterprise level prospects and clients and be prepared to question them to cover a complete architecture, including integration of company into a wider environment Understand and demonstrate the key metrics, KPI\'s and business drivers for the desired Industries. Working with the Onboarding & Implementation organisation to address technical needs for the customers Maintain knowledge of and follow the company Customer Engagement processes Ensure discipline of excellence and passion to every customer engagement Support at external and internal customer facing events Use the knowledge and/or the understanding of the major customers\' requirement to provide and/or propose commercially and viable product/solution improvement feedback. Qualifications Required Essential: 5-7 years in a similar role architecting, solutioning, and working with customers during implementation and onboarding Deep experience of solution development, presenting software applications and business process mapping at a senior level A comprehensive understanding of business practices within relevant industries Experience of working with CRM, ERP, BPM or equivalent Commitment to self-learning and regular training. Experience in developing business process strategy and enterprise architecture Fluency in English (verbal and written) A willingness to travel - nationally and internationally as required Desirable: Experience in Field service management. End-to-end business process and business practices including process and solution mapping. Experience with the North America customers in the EST or PST time zones. Cross functional experience working with Professional Services and/or Engineering.
