Primary Skills: 15+ years of experience including at least 6-8 years in Healthcare Facets Implementation/Migration projects Should have designed and lead end to end at least one Healthcare Facets implementation/Migration project Technical leadership to project teams to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues. Defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions. Should have extensive experience in building solutions for Healthcare customers They must have strong knowledge in designing integration, data migration and reporting solutions The professionals will assist in planning and support processes and adhering to best practices. Roles and Responsibilities Build the overall migration solution architecture and design in collaboration with architects in the customer organization Establish common standards and practices that will promote performance, efficiency and security in each component Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and industry trends in healthcare technology evaluate opportunities for enhancements lead efforts around system integration planning and design. Development: Skilled in interfacing with application development teams and leading discussions where necessary. Skilled in participating in and/or contributing to the development of an SDLC process knowledge of development frameworks and their applicable uses strong understanding of database technologies and their impact on systems design demonstrates ability to perform development to assist in the rapid prototyping of ideas/concepts. Business Analysis Knowledge: Skilled to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer Service: Skilled to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external customers. Ability to work well as a member of a team or independently. Effective Business Communication: Skilled in communicating with technical and business constituencies in writing effective business specifications and requirements.
