Manages solution architecture and makes critical adjustments post the architecture to ensure achievement of desired results for particular customer facing scenariosParticipate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the Solution while keeping the alignment with customer operators Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent This position is an Expert Level IT professional in STL Digital s Enterprise Application Service organization. 1. Leads the creation presentation of estimates for overall cost, skill, effort timeline for new existing solutions and projects from a functional perspective 2. Refine Materials Management process scope, identifying any gaps when necessary. 3. Perform system demonstrations designed to showcase the existing standard SAP S/4HANA functionality and secure buy-in from customers, while identifying any gaps, and/or requirements. 4. Translate local business requirements into related configuration requirements and perform system set-ups in S/4 HANA to meet customer requirements. 5. Identify any Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows and/or any other development objects necessary to bridge requirements with SAP S/4HANA functionality through the creation of Functional Specification documentation. Interface effectively with developers to translate Functional Specification documentation into Technical Specifications and the development of technical designs 6. Identify local security requirements and work with Security staff on the creation of security profiles necessary to support local needs 7. Perform field and value mappings associated with data conversion efforts 8. Perform demonstrations of the updated system, post build (Configuration and Development) activities to showcase the incorporation and validate localization requirements 9. Lead Deliver 10. Leads the functional design management of new existing solutions and tools 11. Works with their direct reports team, project managers to plan, execute, test, pilot and rollout solutions and tools 12. Identifies builds project teams via matrix support organizations to ensure appropriate skills experience are represented for success 13. Monitors project progress status to ensure quality, on-time, and on- budget delivery 14. Ensures compliance with standards, processes best practices as established15. Collaborates with peers to create roadmaps plans 16. Demonstrates solutions to internal stakeholders and clients from C-level to end user with a focus on Financial and Controlling 17. Own the design, configuration and technical solution architecture in the areas of SAP MM/WM. 18. Advise customers in their SAP transformation, using SAP Best Practices, standard out-of-the-box S4 HANA functionalities instead of custom-code. 19. Understanding trends and new developments in respective field, Specifically in S4 HANA and Cloud products 20. Develop Sales Collateral and thought leadership content focused on SAP 21. Actively work with Internal teams to develop pipeline for Sales Distribution service/solutions offerings within the Organization 22. Provide insight and thought leadership to develop innovative assets, including differentiation points of view and methodologies 23. Perform an advisory role on different projects that include SAP S/4 MM/WM 24. Facilitate discovery sessions, design workshops (Explore), assessments, planning sessions for projects 25. Collaboration Stakeholder Management What we are looking for in you Experience in working as part of larger geographic teams and the ability to work in teams with different cultural backgrounds 10+ years of SAP/ERP work experience with at least 2 SAP S4 HANA greenfield/brownfield full lifecycle Implementations with - Supply Chain (SCM) processes Working knowledge of BAPI, BADI, USER EXITS related to MM WM Module. Integration knowledge with other modules, especially SAP SD and SAP FI/CO. New S4H Features Fiori Apps: Identify SAP std available - Dev. of Custom Tiles - Analytical apps. Fiori: Activation required apps on Fiori Launchpad. Deep understanding of backend and frontend Fiori roles and data services Fiori: Work on CDS views (Master data and Transactional) for S/4HANA Embedded Operational Analytics. Must be system oriented have an interest/ aptitude for developing skills in new applications. Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines Possesses in-depth skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience and internal recognition in specialty Ability to effectively lead guide team, and coordinate the activity of external stakeholders at on-site and offshore locations. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
