Job description Role : Workday Payroll Configurator Location : Mphasis,Bangalore Who are we looking for Workday Payroll Process Configurator who is experienced in Workday Payroll Configuration module. Technical Skills: . 5+ years of hands-on exp. in Workday Payroll Configurations . Exp in Meeting with business teams Workday Payroll Configurations to discuss business requirements and objectives. . Exp. in Workday Payroll Configuration modules/ Time Tracking and Workday Integrations . Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. . Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Time Tracking Experience or knowledge is a plus. . Report and procedure writing skills. . Highly organized, with good time management skills and the ability of multi-tasking. . Experience with collaboration and critical thinking exercises. Roles and Responsibilities: . Meeting with business teams (HR, Payroll) to discuss business requirements and objectives. . Troubleshooting and improving new processes, identifying areas of improvement. . Implementing process to integrate WD modules into operations processes. . Supporting the update of process and procedure documentation. . Providing guidance to business teams. . Leading, managing, and ensuring desired outcomes for the project. . Supporting the operating teams in technical understanding and mastery of process control. . Initiating and maintaining positive relationships with all local stakeholders. . Escalating issues and recommendations. . Working closely with operational staff to ensure timely delivery of outcomes (blueprint, UAT, etc.) . Behavioral Skills : . Thrive in a diverse, fast paced, global environment . Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems . Strong attention to detail . Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands .
