Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering Strong software development experience in Java Knowledge of distributed systems, WCF, networking & connectivity Experience with telephony vendors such as Avaya, Cisco Experience with VOIP protocols such as, SIP, SIP Rec, CSTA Experience with CTI or Voice recording products Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and code performance A comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in OOD/OOP Substantial capabilities in the domain of analyzing information, and deducing conclusions within the professional space, seen as a professional by his team and peer community. Has high attention to detail and works well in a dynamic and intense environment. Experience developing enterprise-grade software products that can perform, scale, and integrate into a broad enterprise ecosystem. Experience in high performance, highly available, and scalable systems Deep knowledge and experience with software design patterns and how they can effectively be incorporated into software design and when not Experience with enterprise security requirements implementation and current encryption standards Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated the ability to influence others, especially in sensitive or complex situations. Passion to educate and mentor others in engineering best practices and patterns - team player. Experience working with Agile/SCRUM/Agile SAFe software development methodology. Great initiative - proven ability to tackle projects with a can-do attitude. Proven experience in operating within a global environment. Self-starter, autodidactic Additional Nice To Have Skills Strong software development experience in C++, .NET Experience with RTP, media processing, audio and video codecs Database skills: MS-SQL Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine, or Azure Knowledge of Microservices and/or Cloud-Native Development Experience in and knowledge of Enterprise Unified Communications Infrastructures (such as Teams, Zoom, etc.) is a plus. Experience working in Financial Market or Trading compliance domain will be added advantage. Experience in working with Telecommunication and Unified Communication systems. Familiarity with K8s, containers, virtualization technology, VMWare, etc. Experience with Continuous Delivery Experience working on resolving scalability/performance issues will be an added advantage. 4-8 year of Industry experience and completely independent in writing the code and solving problems by himself.
