Experience: 10+ years Location: Bangalore (Weekly 2 days in office) Work Type: Full-time Timing: Ireland working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Ireland Time Zone) Must-Have: VB.Net, C#(API), SQL, Webforms, Unit testing Full-Time - Permanent Bangalore, India - Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic software development team in Bangalore, India, to work on projects for Cora Systems based in Ireland. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented software developers and contributing to the successful delivery of software solutions using VB.net Webforms, C# (API), and SQL as the primary tech stack. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them in design, coding, and testing activities. 2. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 3. Development: Participate in hands-on coding, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to coding standards. 4. Team Management: Manage a team of developers, including mentoring, training, and performance management. 5. Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. 6. Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to overcome them. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and customer support. 8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to software development processes and projects. 9. Unit Testing/TDD: Promote and enforce unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) practices within the team. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or related field. - 10+ years of experience in software development. - Proficiency in VB.net Webforms, C# (API), and SQL. - Familiarity with React and GraphQL. - Proven experience in technical leadership and team management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. -Adaptability to Ireland working hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Ireland Time Zone). -Weekly minimum twice work from Bangalore office.
