Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEM Specialist to join our team immediately. As a Senior SEM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SEM strategies, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of success in managing SEM campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in managing SEM campaigns.
• Proven track record of driving high-quality traffic and conversions through SEM.
• In-depth knowledge of SEM strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and optimize campaign performance data.
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization.
• Proficiency in SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in SEM.

• Develop and execute SEM strategies to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to improve search engine rankings.
• Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across various search engines and platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide regular reporting, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new SEM tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SEM specialists as needed.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign ROI.
• Identify and implement opportunities for expanding SEM reach and targeting.
• Ensure compliance with search engine policies and guidelines.
