Job Overview: *We are looking for a tech-savvy search engine marketing specialist to manage our PPC marketing campaigns. As an SEM specialist, you will be required to conduct and analyze keyword research, design and implement pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, optimize bid, ad copy-writing and testing, optimize landing page, and measure paid advertising performance analytics.To be a successful SEM specialist, you should possess a strong understanding of SEM and SEO techniques and excellent marketing skills. A top-notch SEM specialist should be able to accurately interpret keyword and ranking research and implement marketing campaigns that maximize the company's ROI for paid advertising.

Responsibilities: *

• Developing new and innovative SEM strategies and SEO best practices for the organization.

• Planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns on various platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, and similar.

• Managing the paid search marketing campaigns and other paid advertising campaigns.

• Conceptualising and executing Email Marketing campaigns to deliver better Open Rates and CTRs

• Ensuring the organization's goals and objectives are met.

• Analyzing data and insights to improve ROI.

• Conduct market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands.

• Monitoring clicks, redirects, customer acquisition rates, and bounce rates.

• Designing and developing online marketing campaigns to maximize search engine returns and website traffic.

• Generating heatmaps to analyze consumer behavior on the website

• Suggesting improvement in the marketing campaign and make necessary changes if required.

• Managing and adjusting PPC budgets to ensure maximum ROI for paid adverts.

• A/B testing of page designs to maximize conversions

• Optimizing the landing pages along with the Web Development Team.

• Generating performance reports and analytics for presentation and review with the client (weekly/monthly).

• Staying up to date with the new advertising trends and PPC strategies.
