about the role Manage & Troubleshoot security devices such as firewall, Proxy server, IPS in Physical & Cloud environments. Implement mitigation actions in response to confirmed security incidents and answer to Network Security Experts escalations for verification and possible further mitigation actions Work in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders to ensure their devices that are fully operational and secure. Work under strict change control processes to ensure only authorized changes are made to devices. Act as POC for backbone and operational infrastructure security related incident. Monitor and manage the technical skillset of the Team. about you Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge troubleshooting and supporting the network security components such Firewall, IPS, Proxy. Superior diagnostic and network troubleshooting skills. Ability to identify, understand, analyze and resolve problems quickly Excellent troubleshooting skills and knowledge on Security environment Proactive attitude to use his/her initiative to react quickly, to work effectively in emergency situations under minimum supervision Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with all nationalities and cultures Must be fluent in English language. Possession of multi languages is an asset additional information education, qualifications, and certifications:- University Degree /Diploma or equivalent (computer or communications oriented).
