About the Team:

We have 70+ colleagues in the Global Business Systems (GBS) team and the CRM team consists of 23 people including technical, functional & techno-functional. Our business is switching from SAP CRM on-premise to SFDC which best suits the subscription business model of Springer Nature. Therefore, we are looking for a Quality Analyst who is basically open minded, self-organized and owns the complete test responsibility of our Salesforce project.

We have 90+ colleagues in the SAP team and the CRM team consists of 23 people including technical, functional & techno-functional skill set. We are looking for a Scrum Master who is basically open minded and self-organized about the assigned tasks or projects. Should be highly motivated and play a role of servant leader beyond just managing regular sprints.

Technology Environment

• Methodology - JIRA, Agile - SCRUM & KANBAN, Trello, Miro, Smartsheet etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences.
• Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective)
• Ability to work as a part of a team/work independently with minimal guidance
• Facilitate workshops/discussions on requirements gathering, gap analysis, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and streamlining information
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Update stakeholders on Sprint & Project performance data & Forecasting

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Computer applications or related field
• Knowledge of other agile Frameworks: Kanban, XP, Crystal, FDD, etc.
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello etc
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle models, especially Agile.
• Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Excellent Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master
• 2+ years of experience on SAP Project as a technical or functional & willing to learn ERP software solutions like SAP, Hybris, Salesforce.
