    About the Role:
    Functional/Business Domain' in which the candidate should have mandatory experience is:
    This will support the Cross Channel Servicing Management Technology applications including Customer Information View (CIV), Store Vision Platform (SVP), Cross Channel Banking Platform (CCBP), Customer Relationship View (CRV) Integrations
    This role is to onboard a SCRUM master role (includes playing Business Systems Analyst and Quality Engineering Role) to support and establishment of a collocated SCRUM team. This team includes high Programming experience + Product Subject Matter Expert + additional Test Automation skills.

    The Scrum Master shall depict clear and detailed hands-on experience of all the following technologies: Branch Servicing (for example, SVP, CRV). Contact center and Customer Servicing (CIV, CCBP).

    This SCRUM will support Branch servicing applications within the Move Money Journey Cross Channel Servicing Management Technology. Automation will be performed utilizing the enterprise Wells Fargo Automation Framework (WAF).

    Responsibilities
  • Good Development Experience in J2EE technologies
  • Working Knowledge of TDD/BDD & well versed in Software Development Practices
  • Utilize not just SCRUM but the whole portfolio of agile methods like SCRUM, Kanban, etc. so teams can find the right mix of these methods for the team, the topic and the stakeholders and have concrete experience from the past to show for it.
  • Help team develop processes to run and deliver application program increments.
  • Solving other administrational impediments, planning and reporting on team progress and agile metrics will be your task.
  • Responsible for managing and evolving Scaled Agile portfolios of the highest complexity. Facilitates the scrum process on scrum teams with significant cross-functional impacts involving project, non-project, or maintenance work.
  • Uses empirical data to help the team(s) assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize scrum team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance.
  • Proactively addresses systemic impediments to team agility and guides the team(s) on methods to escalate when needed to prevent challenges from becoming blockers. Coaches scrum team(s) to deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
  • Partners with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects .
  • Provides basic functional and system application support while developing experience in system solution creation and delivery.
  • Day to day support - Support current business systems including issue identification and resolution, functional performance monitoring and tuning and disaster recovery capability to meet business objectives leveraging both user feedback and internal metrics to drive improvement.
  • Gather Requirements - Work with Customers to understand and document business requirement.
  • Analysis and design work - Analyze business requirements, develop design, manage configuration and integration, and conduct robust testing to support new system implementations, current system upgrades and business process changes and CI initiatives.
  • Reports and Metrics - Extract and format data to support functional reporting and metric needs.
  • Documentation and Training - Create and maintain documentation and conduct end user training. Educate users in workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by system.
  • Project management - Development and coordination of small project tasks or assist other team members in developing project plans for larger projects.
  • Responsibilities outside of normal business hours: Shared support, scheduled maintenance, and disaster recovery assignments.
