As a Senior Recruiting Manager you will play a critical role in leading and managing our recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, both locally in India and internationally, particularly in the United States. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, with a focus on candidates in India with international experience. Lead and manage a team of managers and recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team success. Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Utilize a variety of recruitment channels and tools to source and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Conduct interviews and screenings to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment efforts. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote our employer brand and attract top talent. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Selected individual MUST have prior US based recruiting experience. Prior staffing experience is preferred but not required. Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of recruiters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Experience using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive decision-making. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a passion for excellence and a drive for results.
