Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the recruitment process to streamline efficiency.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities as needed.
Assist in the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
