Job Description
IT Recruiter : - Experience: - 7 months-2 year Budget: - Flexible based on your approach towards the role Location: - Mumbai/ WFH/ Hybrid(One in a week) Timing: - 9:30-5:30pm Saturday-Sunday fixed holiday. Key Highlights: - Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and candidate profiles.
Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the recruitment process to streamline efficiency.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities as needed.
Assist in the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 per year Schedule:
