Job Title Senior QA Developer



Role purpose

The role will need you to draw on your experience in approaches such as Continuous Delivery and understand how and when to use TDD or BDD to deliver high-quality software that accurately represents the business domain. You will be comfortable working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes with innovative solutions.

What you will do

With this role you will have these core responsibilities:

• Testing of individual component and application as whole to ensure end to end application functionality to meet requirements.
• Design and develop test script form requirements to meet maximum test coverage.
• Maximize the regression testing with Automation script to help in achieving continues delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth System Integration and E2E Testing.
• Identify and report bugs to minimize defect leakage.
• Develop and build robust test automation framework with high success rate of test script execution.
• Implement and monitor Quality Standards defined by the organization.
• Design and develop solution for complex scenario automation.
• Maintain and extend the existing test framework for Regression Testing.
• Working on test planning and strategy of functional and non-functional testing.

Skills& Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• 3+ years of professional experience writing test automation using Java
• Proficient in JAVA Programming and applying test automation
• API Test Automation experience (RESTAssured, RestTemplate, etc.)
• TDD/BDD Test Automation experience
• Significant experience in Back-end application testing
• Experience on Performance testing tool like JMeter, etc.
• Knowledge of communication protocols: HTTP, REST, AMQ, Kafka, JMS
• Good understanding of Jenkins, Bamboo or any other Ci/CD system
• Proficient with testing methodologies like Integration Testing, System Testing
• Demonstrate and understanding of software testing techniques
• Experience of iterative/agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Good to have Experience on Finance Domain (Trading , Corporate Action, etc.)

You will be based in our Bangalore office. Working within scrum team closely and owning all QA activities.
