Technical Project Manager responsible to plan, lead and manage the successful delivery of Service Desk/Onsite Services Transition / Transformation Projects. Roles and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 As a Technical project manager to drive the workplace components in a project/program along with SMEs for a new or existing Atos outsourcing client \xe2\x80\xa2 Plans and controls projects containing multiple sub-projects and/or 3rd party activities with external dependencies. Provides accruals and tracking of cost of work done, with evidence of corrective actions taken to minimize adverse variances to budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages risks, issues and assumptions associated with medium complexity, multi-streamed projects involving technologies and resources (inc. 3rd parties) outside of domain expertise. Quantified risks may be commercial and/or activity based. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manages seamless handover of the project outputs that are accepted by the client and/or standing Atos organization, including proposal for reallocation of staff and disposal of assets not included in handover. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the project from the initial pre-sales handover to early life support. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage all aspects of the project implementations including project rollouts, resource tracking, budget management, schedule development, cost/ budget analysis, cross discipline coordination and communications \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue regular project status and manage communication with internal Atos stakeholder and client representatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and effectively communicate appropriate reports and updates to management \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate the resolution of issues and escalate issues to project stakeholders as required \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all appropriate documentation, requirements, design and test specifications and other required deliverables are created and reviewed/approved by external and internal stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve project milestones through regular cross-functional project meetings to review schedule, status, issues and to ensure conflict resolution and risk mitigation \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong client facing skills and an acute understanding of consulting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be able to construct a migration planning workbook, detailing Excel, MS Project, MS Visio and resource \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep understanding of project management methodology (e.g. Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, Prince2) \xe2\x80\xa2 Be responsible for ensuring successful execution of the defined project scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead project teams in a highly matrix environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated experience implementing new technologies/services \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow transition process to hand-off support to Support team after rollout Technical skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Expert Knowledge in Service Desk setup & OSS \xe2\x80\xa2 Sound knowledge in workplace automation products e.g Nexthink \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive knowledge in Service Desk tooling \xe2\x80\xa2 Expert Knowledge in Cross Functional tooling landscape, Genesys Contact Center Solution, service desk process \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of end user computing/workplace environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in Onsite innovative solutions such as Tech Bar, Lockers and vending machine Soft Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience interviewing end users to gather requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated superior customer relationship and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative negotiation and conflict management skills Leadership skills, ability to direct, support and mentor other team members Strong team ethos, high standards and continuous improvement mindset Flexibility: \xe2\x80\xa2 Overtime may be necessary to complete tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Need to be flexible with respect to working times, based on RBU timings for whom the Transition is being managed \xe2\x80\xa2 Working on weekends during Production move Working Experience & Education Qualification: \xe2\x80\xa2 Formal education level: Bachelor\'s Degree \xe2\x80\xa2 10-15 years of overall IT experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Recent and relevant experience of 5-8 years of project management in migration projects \xe2\x80\xa2 PMP / Certified ScrumMaster\xc2\xae (CSM)/ Prince 2 certifications preferred.
