Company Description Leading construction and real estate company Require urgent opening for the position of Sr. Civil Engineer/Project Manager . Only 5+ experienced can apply- degree, Diploma both can apply. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery schedules. They will be coordinating with internal teams like engineering, procurement, expediting, quality control, and subcontractors for the project. The Project Manager will be handling logistics management, evaluating progress, and identifying possible deviations to maintain the quality of the project. They will also be responsible for inspection and negotiation of contracts. Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Management and team management
• Experience in expediting, logistics management, and inspection
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven success in delivering projects within deadlines and budget constraints
• Understanding of quality control and assurance
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or required experience in project management
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Primavera is a plus
• Knowledge of local statutory requirements and regulations related to construction is a plus
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
