In this role, you have the opportunity to lead a project developing and releasing new iconic products and have a vital impact Philips DXR business success. You will ensure to deliver quality products / solutions on time, in quality and within the financial business targets. In this role, you will be part of DXR Project Management Office (PMO) and report directly to DXR Global PMO Leader. You are responsible to: Lead crossu2013functional project team. This team includes all functions delivering to project (e.g. Engineering, marketing, Q&R, operations, customer support, Technical publications, Procurement etc. as applicable). Manage complete PDLM activities ensuring smooth transitions across the PDLM lifecycle. Drive compliance to your project schedule across all functions and secure agreed project milestones. Collaborate with teams on cross functional delivery plans and any changes within Facilitate interaction, manage inter-dependencies & conflict resolution among all functional teams, regardless of geographic region. Communicate project status to DXR Management Team as required through periodic reports and formal program reviews. Identify risks / issues / scope creeps impacting project schedule, quality or cost and mitigate / take corrective action. Highlight these transparently to the BU management team. Responsible for vendor management & interfacing with other programs (delivering or client programs) Encourages partnering: Develops cooperative relationships to achieve Project results through a win u2013 win relationship. Have a mission of trending Improvements over time. Facilitates / Implements/ Contributes Organization wide Project Management Improvement Initiatives Support team building: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among Cross Functional project Core teams. You are accountable to : Deliver your project or program on quality, on time, on cost on value and on other project deliverables as per agreed plan. Manage all PDLM activities and milestones (from Concept, Project Initiation to Project Closure) Overall project execution and product delivery meeting Business KPIs. Build a successful, pro-active project team through effective people management and team coaching in order to create a motivated team, committed to the project assignment. Set up and maintain strong relationships with internal and external suppliers. Ensure and maintain the required quality through adequate configuration management for product, documentation and process changes. Report project status to the cross-functional Project Core Team in order to identify conflicts and to enable effective decision-making. You are a part of DXR R&D group which is a global organization organized by product tiersu00A0& platforms. Each product tier is composed of various products & solutions.u00A0The DXR R&Du00A0is located primarily in Pune but is responsible for the R&D activity done globally. To succeed in this role, youu2019ll need a customer-first attitude and the following Experience: Master Degree in an Engineering discipline. 10+ years of deep experience within project management domain Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional product development projects ( 10 Mu20AC budget) for end customers with full accountability 5+ years of experience in successfully managing conflicting functional targets, scope requirements and resource constraints Experience of managing multisite and multi-cultural projects is a plus. Applied expertise of product realization strategies as well as project and/or program management tools & skills Experience in Quality Management Systems for Healthcare or similar companies is a plus. Detailed end-to-end understanding of the needs of our customers as well as DXR and general X-ray business. Market awareness incl. understanding of healthcare market and respective business models Awareness of various cross-functional roles and their contribution to the project Understands and has extensively used project / product development life cycles.
