Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for driving the design, execution, and deployment of software engineering applications, especially in Microsoft technologies
- Good experience in Azure DevOps
- Good experience in Safe agile concepts, PI planning, and Scrum execution
- Cross-functional/teams co-ordination and ensue dependencies and risks are managed well
- Project monitoring and tracking, and evaluating plus managing the performance of team vs planned deliverables
- Experience in driving compliance on engineering metric code quality, unit tests coverage, and project management metrics
- Responsible for an overall program from technical delivery
- Should be able to prepare/ review required Technical proposals pertinent to software engineering.
- Support to recruit engineering personnel, technical staffing, and project teams formation.
- Support preparation of Technology Roadmap. Experience in handling production deployments
- Support in the translation of business requirements into technical needs wherever needed
