The role

To provide programme and project management offering in the India (Mumbai) office and lead our day-to-day delivery of a key framework contract with a banking client, whilst also being part of the broader Programme & Projects regional team. The primary role performed at client\xe2\x80\x99s is to deliver client-side commercial fit-out projects, both for restacks as well as new build projects. Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise to assist in the delivery of work across a range of industries and scale of projects to deliver quality work. The Programme & Projects service offerings include project management, risk management, design coordination, procurement advisory, project controls, programme management office (PMO) support.

Key responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Delivering successful projects and Contribute to the commercial success of projects by demonstrating good commercial discipline as well as leading and delivering high quality work aligned to UKIMEA Advisory Services, UKIMEA Consulting groups business plan, and the Programme and Projects regional business plan.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise closely with key client stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of set project outcomes. Lead and contribute to project planning and scoping by outlining full projects/activities and resources required, e.g., time, people, and skills.

\xc2\xb7 Lead teams/ function areas by explicitly setting standards, defining quality, providing technical and people management support to team members. Maintaining regional connections.

\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, thought leadership papers, and the Global and Regional Skills Network and the Regions Programme & Projects service offerings.

Experience and Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 10-15 years of experience in a project management or a delivery role in the consulting sector.

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated experience across projects, either for operators, owners, or consultants.

\xc2\xb7 Broad experience providing consulting services in India, with particular focus on client-side fit-out experience preferably with financial services institutions.

\xc2\xb7 A degree in relevant Engineering or Architectural Studies and be heading for professional qualification (chartered) and aspiring to registration.

\xc2\xb7 One or more of the following educational qualifications are desirable:

1. Project Management

2. Chartered Engineer

3. Business Degree
