Job Description

We are seeking Senior Project Management professional with experience in Industrial Waste Water Treatment plants with capability in executing variety of projects efficiently and knows to plan, monitor and execute water treatment projects within assigned time period and budget. EXPERIENCE : 8+ years\' experience in execution and supervision of water treatment plants projects Project management, planning and monitoring Design & Procurement Management Documentation track delivery schedule, BBU, client - site visits, progress reporting Erection and commissioning coordination RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure project completion within given timeline & budget. To maintain synchronization between different core teams of the organizations i.e. Design, Procurement, and Projects To track the project performance with milestone and targets Ensure compliance of project in line with bid specs and offer Coordinate equipment data sheets, drawings and other submissions prior to client approval process. To drive project team to meet time, cost and quality objects of projects. Prepare and lead Analytic documentation including delay analysis, Critical path, risk analysis, mitigation plans, extra scope claims, minimizing expenditure to increase profitability. Vendor management, MDCC, CEA, and PAC Document, bill booking Support to the Project team in preparation, monitoring and tracking / update of various documents - Master document list, Project schedule, billing break up, invoice plan, delivery plan. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly review meetings and follow up the defined target to meet the milestone activities Techno-commercial meetings with client KEY SKILLS: Technical, Analytical, Strategic Planning, Proposal Development/Management and presentation abilities. Extremely strong written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills. Must maintain a high level of integrity, maturity and competitive drive to be successful. ADDITIONAL SKILL: MS project, MS Office & SAP Leadership qualities, planning and strategic thinking Project management software, preferably SAP based Location: Mumbai & Surat
