Job Description

Purpose of role: To lead the project and deliver this large MNC Banking client. Take complete responsibility of project apart from MEP for the project and support lead in project documentation and stakeholder management. To work as part of an established PMO team and lead delivery for a few projects. Key responsibilities: Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan Leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team Managing the change control process Monitoring and advising upon project finances Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications Preparing formal project progress and other reports Coordinate and manage the sustainability part in terms of Leed certification and relevant aspects of design and execution Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages Qualifications Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with Corporate office fit out / PMO experience 10-15 years of industry experience Very important to have people skills and adept in reporting. Amicable, takes charge and leads project on coordination, adept in technical and interpersonal skills, manages a small team for delivery, design management, manage the project end to end.
